Mobile App Privacy Policy

We, Allied Universal Electronic Monitoring International Ltd. (“us”, “we” or “AUEMI”) respect the privacy of our users (each, a “User” or “you”) and are committed to protect the privacy of Users who access, visit, or engage with our website, available at https://www.attentigroup.com/intl/ and any other websites owned or operated by us (collectively the “Site”), or with our mobile Application (“Application”; collectively with the Site or Application – the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes AUEMI’s policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information you provide when accessing, viewing or otherwise using the Services. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and use it to make informed decisions.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of AUEMI’s Terms of Use, and the provisions thereof, including (without limitation), the provisions regarding limitation on damages, governing law and dispute resolution, apply to this Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, any defined terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

Collection and Storage of your Personal Information

We collect and use the following types of information about you:

Non-personal Information

Non-personal Information is non-identifiable information that, when taken alone, cannot be used to identify you. As such, we are not aware of the identity of the User from which the Non-personal Information was collected.

We may anonymize or de-identify the information collected by the Services or via other means so that the information cannot, on its own, personally identify you. We also collect aggregate user data regarding the use and activity on our Services. Our use and disclosure of such aggregated or de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy, and we may disclose it to others without limitation and for any purpose.

For the avoidance of doubt, if we combine Personal Information with Non-personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information as long as it remains combined.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information that identifies an individual or that may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual. We gather the following types of Personal Information about you:

  • Name, email address, and other contact information: We ask for and—at your option—collect your contact data (such as name, phone number and email address) from you when you submit web forms on our Site or when you register in our Application.
  • Registration details: When you open an account and register to use the Application, you will be asked to provide us with certain details about yourself, such as your phone number, username and password.
  • Tracking Technologies: We may use information gathering technologies for a variety of purposes, such as providing us with information about how you interact with our Application. We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Application. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users access the Application, what screens they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Services. Google Analytics collects non-personal information, like device information, etc., rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your access to the Application is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Device information: We collect from our Users specific types of connection details and information with regard to their device, software or hardware that may identify them, such as online identifiers, device unique identifiers (e.g. UDID, MAC address), IP address and geolocation.
  • Contacting AUEMI: If you email or otherwise contact us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. Your provision of such information is entirely optional.

Tracking technologies

As you use our Application, we use, and authorize 3rd parties to use analytics tools that allow us to collect non-personal data, in order to enhance your navigation in our Application, improve our Application’s performance, perform analytics and customize your experience. Tracking Technologies, in conjunction with our Internet server’s log files, allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Application and which parts of the Application are most popular. This helps us gather feedback in order to constantly improve our Application and better serve our customers. In addition, we may merge data collected through these Tracking Technologies and data we may obtain from other sources and, as a result, such data may become Personal Information.

  • facilitate the provision of the Services to you;

In any such transfer of Personal Information, we will ensure the confidentiality of any Personal Information involved in such transactions and provide notice before Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy;
  • As you may otherwise consent from time to time.

Third-parties who we may share your Personal Information with will be required to meet our standards on processing information and security. The Personal Information we provide them will only be provided in connection with the performance of their function.
