Key Responsibilities:

– Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements and spare parts availability in global service centers  

– Forecast analysis – Ensure timely materials availability

– Sales orders follow up to insure delivery on time

– MRP release  and PO/PR issue to insure supply of RMs on time for production

– Subcontractor’s material flow and production plan management

– Work closely with multiple departments in the organization – Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, R&D, Engineering & Quality

– Constantly seeking new opportunities to improve processes

Requirements

– Industrial Engineer / BA in Logistics with 0-2 years Experience as a Planner or 4th year student 

– Excellent English-Read/Write and Speaking

– Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment

– Fast learner, Independent and autodidact

– Capable of working under stress and set up priority of all open tasks

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong analytical capabilities

– Excel – high level
