Description
We are searching for an experienced HRD who will act as the front line consultant to the business,
supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on
people matters. As HRD you will operate independently and act as subject matter experts, having
deep knowledge in corporate programs and policies as well as in local law and implementation.
A successful candidate will be able to partner and interact effectively with all levels, deliver value-
added services that reflect the business objectives and possess excellent communication skills,
business acumen, and the agility to function in a dynamic/changed environment.
Responsibilities :
Builds a strong business relationship with the local managers.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the site : Onboarding of new
associates, employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training
and development, and special projects (with the assistance of HR management).
Understand the business and its challenges in order to help address the organization and
people's needs
HR Focal Point for Employees
Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions & insights to strength the
organization and cover risks.
Work closely with management and employees to promote productive work relationships,
build motivation and increase engagement, commitment, and retention
Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
Support other cross-COE HR tasks/projects as will be defined
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management including OD processes in global
hi-tech organizations.
Fluent English –MUST
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree- an advantage.
Strong Business Insight
Experience in recruitment
