Yoav Reisman -

Nominated CEO of Dmatek, now Attenti, in 1998, further to a 4 year tenure as Elmo-Tech's CEO. Business experience includes five years at the Israeli Industrial Cooperation Authority delegation in New York where his last position was deputy director, responsible for marketing of Israeli-US joint ventures and liaising between leading US corporations and Israeli companies. B.Sc., Industrial Engineering, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, MBA, New York University.

Guy Greitser -

Executive Vice President of Dmatek, now Attenti since 2007.  Guy has been holding key positions within the group since 1995, focusing on marketing and business development.   Holds a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Mr. Greitser is a Graduate of INSEAD's Advanced Management program.

Mike Lilo -

Nominated in July 2010, shortly after joining Attenti as Chief Financial Officer. Business experience span over 2 decades of financial leadership and managerial experience from such previous financial positions in technology companies: Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd., SuperDerivatives Inc., Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd., AudioCodes Ltd. and Comfy Interactive Inc.

Deep Shah -

Mr. Shah is a Partner with Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in technology and technology-enabled services business. Mr. Shah operates from FP's London office, responsible for FP's European activities and serves on the board of directors of C-MAC MicroTechnology, Cybit, Metaswitch, Dextrys, and Discrete Wireless. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Mr. Shah worked at Morgan Stanley in both their Mergers and Acquisitions group and the Princes Gate Investors private equity fund in London, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of transactions in a variety of industries, including information technology. Mr. Shah holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, England, with First Class Honors.

Ezra Perlman -

Mr. Perlman is a Partner with Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in technology and technology-enabled services business. Mr. Perlman focuses primarily on investments in the software and services sectors, with a specific emphasis on healthcare technology. Mr. Perlman also serves on the board of directors of Aconex, AdvancedMD, API Software, Attachmate, Healthland, and RedPrairie. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Mr. Perlman was a venture capitalist with Battery Ventures, where he was involved in identifying, executing and managing private equity investments in software companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Perlman was an executive in the credit card industry with Advanta and a management consultant with Oliver, Wyman & Company. Mr. Perlman holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Michael Rosehill -

Mr. Rosehill is an Executive of the Lewis Trust Group (LTG) and Finance Director of Cavendish Asset Management. Mr. Rosehill is an investment management expert, with over 15 years of practice serving as a director of a number of companies including LTG International Ltd., a major stakeholder in Attenti, formerly Dmatek, since 1995. The Lewis Trust Group is one of the UK's largest privately owned companies. The group has worldwide interests in retailing, leisure, financial services and property and now employs over 10,000 people. A Chartered accountant, member of the Institute of Corporate Treasurers since 1993.  Mr. Rosehill holds a B.A., Business, Cork University College.

Amedeo D'Angelo -

Mr. D’Angelo brings decades of solid international experience and a track record of driving multinational technology companies to success. Presently he is Vice President of Samsung Electronics in Italy, Chairman of Diadema Srl that owns and manages hotel and resorts, sits on the Board of Bloompix Srl a post- production company and a member of the Advisory Committee of Inside Technology company that designs and builds contactless tags and payment solutions. An expert in Semiconductors, Smart Cards, Software/Firmware Security, Telecom services, Payment terminals and I.T., Mr. D’Angelo previous positions include CEO of Ingenico, President of Gemplus Card International, C.O.O. of Oberthur Card Systems, European Sales and Marketing Director of Samsung Semiconductors, CEO of Incard in Italy and Chairman of Mobileway Inc. Mr. D’Angelo holds a degree in Physics from the University of Milan, Italy.
