Yoav Reisman - Chief Executive Officer |

Yoav has been holding key leadership positions within the group since 1994. He was appointed CEO in 1998 and previously served as Managing Director of Elmo-Tech. Before joining the group, Yoav was the Deputy Director of the Israeli Industrial Cooperation Authority delegation in New York. Holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa and an MBA from New York University.

Guy assumed his current position in 2007 after serving as the group's VP of Business Development since 2000. Prior to that he led Elmo-Tech's marketing activities as its Marketing since 1997 after joining the company in 1995. Holds a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Guy is a graduate of INSEAD's Advanced Management program.

Mike joined the group in March 2010, brining wide-ranging financial leadership and management experience. Mike held similar previous positions in technology companies such as Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd., SuperDerivatives Inc., Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd., AudioCodes Ltd. and Comfy Interactive Inc. Mike started his career at Scitex Corporation Ltd. performing a variety of financial roles over an eleven year period. Mr. Lilo holds a BA degree in Economics and an MBA, both from the Bar Ilan University, in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Asher assumed his current position in April 2010 after serving as the group's Chief Financial Officer since 1999. Asher brings over 15 years of managerial experience in finance and marketing in industrial companies operating in international markets. Previously, Asher was the CFO of the international division of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. Holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Gil was appointed to his current position in 2007, after serving as the group's VP R&D since 2000, further to leading the R&D department of Elmo-Tech, since 1995. Gil has over 20 years of experience in R&D and computer system engineering, design, software development and project management worldwide. Holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa and an MBA from Derby University.

Gil brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the various aspects of industrial management in International technology companies including Motorola, Madge, Ceragon and Oversi Networks. Holds a BS.c. in Industrial Engineering Management from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA in Marketing & Information Systems from Bar Ilan University, Israel.

Appointed VP Human Resources in 2010. Nirit is an accomplished practitioner with some 15 year of experience in senior Human Resources positions and consulting in technology companies. These include Precise and Attunity. Holds a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University and an M.A. in Sociology, Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Ronen Shraga - Technology Integration Officer |

Ronen was appointed Technology Integration Officer in 2009 after holding several key technology oriented positions within the group since joining it in 1997. Previously, Ronen served as the group's Chief Information Officer, overseeing the group IT and IS activities. Between 2005 and 2008 he headed technical Support operations as the Vice president of Customer Support and prior to that, Ronen led the group's software development department.

Steve joined Pro Tech as Chief Executive Officer in 2001. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in the aerospace, avionics and electronics industry. Steve is a pilot and a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree.
